Our advanced commercial softwashing system uses low pressure equipment, combined with Health & Safety Executive approved cleaning solutions and algae-cides to deliver exceptional cleaning results. We also apply weed treatment free of charge as part of this service.
5 stage cleaning process:
- Surface is firstly swept and cleaned at low pressure using our flat surface cleaner, removing the top layer of dirt and grime
- Softwashing cleaning solution is applied and left to dwell, killing of moss, mould, mildew and algae
- Second low pressure rinse leaves your surface fully restored
- Application of commercial grade biocide ensures moss doesn't return for up to 6 months*
- Finally we apply a free weed treatment solution
* dependent upon surface and prevailing weather conditions. We can reapply further biocides treatments on an ongoing basis.
After cleaning we would recommend applying a sealant as this improves stain resistance, stabilises sand in joints and inhibits weed and algae growth. This will protect your surfaces and keep them in tip top condition for years.
